In the majority of cases, good quality photographs of your skin condition are sufficient for making an accurate diagnosis and treatment recommendation. If our dermatologist feels that the photographs are insufficient, then he/she may request additional photographs or recommend that you see a dermatologist face-to-face in your area for further care. Note that you will not receive a refund even if the dermatologist recommends that you follow up with a dermatologist face-to-face.

How long does it take to get a response from skin and you clinic?

You will receive a report from clinic within 2 business days. We will notify you by e-mail that your report is ready for viewing on your secure online account.

What if I need a blood test or biopsy or a procedure for my skin condition?

If a biopsy or any other type of procedure is recommend for your condition, we will advise you the same and can assist the local physician to be in touch with us for the same.

Will I receive a prescription?

We do not give a prescription. The individual dermatologist decides on the recommended treatment plan that will be emailed to you on the specified email id.

Will I be able to ask any follow up questions to my dermatologist once I receive a consultation?

Yes, our goal is to answer as many questions as needed, you can choose plan A, B, C and decide which plan fits your need. We provide a secure online messaging system that will allow you to ask any follow up questions to your dermatologist after the consultation has taken place. If you have a question about any of the recommendations or medicines we prescribe, please contact us - we want to hear from you! No data is transferred to anyone unless you have requested it. Only on your written request any data can be transferred.
